Imam Program (AA in Arabic & Islamic Studies)
Our Imam program will be delivered full time (Monday to Thursday 8AM-2PM, Friday 8AM-11AM) over a duration of two years. The first academic year will commence in October 2022. The two years will consist of material from the first two years of our BA in Arabic & Islamic Studies* program. The student will have the option to continue their studies for two more years to attain the Alim certification.
The curriculum consists of the common arts and sciences which are taught in popular Islamic Institutions around the world with a key focus on Arabic, Islamic Studies, and training for Islamic instruction. To underpin this learning, the students will study and practice the science of inner purification. The course will also include a series of enrichment modules (relevant secular subjects) to enable students to think critically and independently with a view to applying their knowledge in the context of modern society.
*We are not yet accredited, the degree names have been mentioned to represent equivalency. One of our many goals is to become fully accredited to be able to award our qualifications as US recognized degrees and diplomas in the near future. Until then, our degrees and certifications will be issued by Imam e Azam University (Lucknow, India) which can be equalized here.

A unique two-year certification program commencing in October 2022, designed specifically to train Muslims seeking to teach elementary education to small classes, leading prayers, and delivering khutbahs at their local Islamic centers. Course Overview
OBJECTIVES
- Produce Imams and female Islamic leaders rooted in Islamic resources and empowered with key skills to:
- Teach elementary subjects in small classes at local Islamic centers
- Deliver khutbahs, talks, and reminders
- Help local Sunni centers increase their activity in order to fulfill the educational needs of the community
- Produce forward thinking leaders equipped with effective communication, critical thinking and essential life skills who can be the leaders of tomorrow and become life coaches to serve the needs of the future generations, especially the Muslims in the West.
- Establish a firm academic foundation and instill sincere passion in students to help cultivate a desire for further learning, research and religious propagation.
- Provide students with the best possible job prospects and career guidance.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS (IN-STATE)
- Keen interest to learn and a strong passion to serve the community.
- Must be able to recite Qur’an (Arabic)
fluently. Private prep classes available. - Minimum age: 16, option for homeschooling and tutoring available to high school students.
- Annual fees: $3600, plus $1400 for boarding (monthly plans and financial aid available)
- Students (in-state and out-of-state) have the option of joining online at same rates.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS (OUT-OF-STATE)
- Keen interest to learn and a strong passion to serve the community.
- Must be able to recite Qur’an (Arabic)
fluently. Private prep classes available. - Minimum age: 18 (males only)
- Annual fees: $5000, boarding and breakfast included (monthly plans and financial aid available).
- Separate lodging can also be arranged for families and married couples at their own cost, $1400 will be waived from annual fees. Out-of-state age and gender restrictions would not apply in this case.
